Job Description:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Support Associate to assist and support the Sales, Sales Support and Accounting departments with day to day operations.

  • Provide support to the sales team
  • Prepare time & material and cost billing
  • Assist with month-end billing
  • Order processing / entry into SAP
  • Create purchase orders for the acquisition of products and materials
  • Process and verify applications for credit
  • Review and validate Sales Tax Certificates
  • Responsible for identifying order issues and managing them to resolution
  • Review inbound purchase orders and validate information against quotes and opportunities
  • Respond to requests for information
  • Responsible for scanning and filing
  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Assist Sales Support Manager with special projects
  • Additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Our ideal Sales Support/Accounting/Admin/Billing Associate candidate should meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of order processing, billing/invoicing and/or administration experience required
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or 4-year degree preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) required
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills
  • Exhibits a positive attitude and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
